Professional Learning Community
A Professional Learning Community (PLC) is an ongoing process in which educators work collaboratively in recurring cycles, collective inquiry and action research to achieve specified results for the students they serve.
In order to create an environment that is academically inclusive and address a specified mission or goal the PLC acts as an agent for change in schools. The community offers data driven responses to include professional development plans for instructors and evaluation tools for instructional leaders. The PLC is ultimately focused on improving the school community that address the needs of the students and communities they serve.
Approach:
The heart of any school is the PLC where all stakeholders create, design and strategize research that provide opportunities for growth. Our approach will be to evaluate school data and assist in creating a learning community that is focused on bringing the schools mission to fruition.
